Serves 4.
1. 2 cups home made chicken stock
2 viagra vente libre belgique. 1/2 cup chestnuts, rough chopped
3. 1/2 shitake mushrooms, sliced
4. 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon butter, softened
5. salt and pepper to taste

1. Sauté mushrooms in 1 teaspoon butter until soft; add chestnuts and chicken stock; reduce liquid until you have about 1 cup
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Remove from heat and whisk in softened butter
4. Serve with grilled pheasant or duck breast.
