Chestnut flour is gluten-free and is often used as an ingredient in pastries, pasta, and pancakes. Substitute chestnut flour for 30% of wheat flour, or as a complete substitute for corn meal or oat flour. Chestnut flour’s tender texture and sweet flavour make wonderful pancakes, muffins, polenta, gnocchi and pastries. Our chestnut flour is sold in 500 gram bags.
